This course requires 25 hours per week over 52 weeks. Students will grasp a thorough understanding of core skills used in the hospitality field. These include administration, covering spreadsheets, business documents and sourcing industry information, client and customer service skills, communication including social and cultural sensitivity and coaching others, and work safety.

They operate independently or with limited guidance from others and use discretion to solve non-routine problems.
The course runs over 52 weeks with 25 hours per week. Students will come away with an excellent understanding of administration, client and customer service, communication and work safety. Under these clusters, students cover a range of units including complex spreadsheets, managing finances within a budget, rostering staff, leadership and managing people, coaching, managing conflict, diversity in the workplace and much more.

It applies to individuals who are program managers, managing or directing a suite of projects (a program) to achieve organisational objectives.
