Maintenance Manager

A Maintenance Manager carries out various duties around a holiday park or tourist resort. You might maintain yards and grounds or perform small repairs and maintenance on buildings and structures. Maintenance Managers attend to any reported issues needing attention and may organise tradespeople to attend to larger issues.

Maintenance Managers should be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team. It’s important that you are organised and can handle several tasks at one time. You may have to prioritise your duties during busy periods. Maintenance Managers must be safety focused and able to communicate well with customers and visitors.
