Cybercrime Investigators are IT specialists who investigate digital scams, fraud, and criminal attacks on critical infrastructure, IT systems and computer networks. They seek to disrupt cybercrime, identify offenders, and gather evidence that leads to convictions.

As a Cybercrime Investigator you could be analysing malware and network data to identify cybercriminals, monitoring and investigating illegal activity, assisting with search warrants, developing IT tools and programs to support investigations, carrying out covert online engagement to disrupt cybercrime, or attending court to give evidence.
