Workshop Manager

A Workshop Manager takes care of daily operations in a mechanical workshop. You’ll arrange testing, parts replacements and repairs for a range of vehicle issues. Workshop Managers supervise a team of mechanics and other staff and make sure repairs are being carried out correctly. You might liaise with customers and handle any issues that come up.

Workshop Managers should have strong leadership skills and be able to communicate well with colleagues.
