Workshop Supervisor

A Workshop Supervisor oversees the daily running of a production workshop. You’ll supervise a team of staff and ensure the workshop is running safely and efficiently. Workshop Supervisors make sure work is being completed on time and to a high quality standard. You’ll deal with any problems that arise and make sure compliance issues are adhered to.

Workshop Supervisors should have strong leadership skills and a keen focus on safety. It’s important that you are organised and can manage your time well. You may have to manage several tasks at one time in this role. Workshop Supervisors must have good communication skills and be able to liaise with people from a range of backgrounds.
