Marketing Directors should be strong leaders and be able to communicate well with people from a range of backgrounds. You’ll need to be organised and able to manage several tasks at one time. Marketing Directors should be able to come up with innovative ideas and understand current trends. It’s important that you have a strong understanding of your product or service and your targeted audience.
