Solutions Analyst

A Solutions Analyst examines software, applications and IT systems to improve performance and user experiences. You might analyse client needs and determine problem issues or underperforming areas. Solutions Analysts may diagnose problems and repair issues or make recommendations for changes or upgrades.

Solutions Analysts should be customer focused and have excellent problem solving abilities. It’s important that you have strong technical skills and can adapt your abilities to suit a range of circumstances. Solutions Analysts must be able to work as part of a team and communicate well with people from a range of backgrounds.
