Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management has been designed to reflect the role of individuals who have senior or managerial responsibilities. They may oversee the work of others or have specialised roles where they do not supervise others, instead provide strategic leadership. Students will learn the importance of providing leadership across an organisation while gaining the skill and knowledge to develop and implement strategic plans.
This course is suited for candidates wishing to pursue careers in roles such as area managers, department managers, and regional managers.
