Property Consultant

A Property Consultant provides advice on the effective use of property investments. You might manage property portfolios for owners and offer guidance on the use of land and buildings in current market conditions. Property Consultants may prepare reports or proposals on investment values and potential property uses.

Property Consultants should have excellent analytical skills and be able to manage several properties at one time. You’ll need to be a good communicator and be confident liaising with a range of stakeholders. Property Consultants must be organised and able to manage their time well.
