Test Engineer

A Test Engineer carries out a range of simulations on software programs to assess efficiency and performance. You might be performing general testing or examining a particular aspect of software behaviour. Test Engineers record performance results and make recommendations for adjustments or changes.

Test Engineers should have strong technical skills and excellent attention to detail. It’s important you have good analytical abilities and can think of unique ways to solve problems. Test Engineers must be able to communicate clearly and work as part of a larger team. You’ll need to be organised and able to manage your time well.
