A Customer Success Manager ensures customers are happy with their experience with a business. You’ll provide follow up service and deal with any problems that arise. Customer Success Managers aim to develop strong working relationships with customers and encourage client loyalty. You might monitor customer feedback and address issues of concern.

Customer Success Managers should have strong interpersonal skills and be excellent communicators. It’s important you can liaise with people from a range of backgrounds and you’ll need to be a good problem solver. Customer Success Managers must have good analytical skills and be able to manage their time well.
