Reservations Manager

A Reservations Manager supervises the daily running of the reservation department of a tourist operation. You might work for a tour guide company, an airline or transport provider, an accommodation venue or a tourist attraction. You’ll make reservations and bookings and may confirm these with guests before they arrive.

Reservations Managers should be organised and have excellent customer service skills. It’s important that you can communicate well with staff and with clients. Reservations Managers must be able to manage their time well and handle several tasks at one time. You should have good problem solving abilities and be able to motivate your team.
