Bakery Manager

A Bakery Manager oversees operations at a bakery or patisserie. You’ll supervise a team of staff and ensure products are made on time and to a high standard. Bakery Managers make sure the facility meets all hygiene requirements and any other relevant standards. You’ll manage the financial aspects of a bakery and may look after ordering supplies and rostering staff.

Bakery Managers should be highly organised and able to handle several tasks at once. It’s important that you have strong leadership skills and can communicate well with staff and customers. Bakery Managers need to make customer service a priority and deal with any problems that arise. You may work irregular hours including early mornings and weekends.
