Regional Manager

A Regional Manager coordinates operations for a business or organisation in a designated geographical area. You might oversee operations at all stores within your region and liaise with management at each branch. Regional Managers ensure stores are operating efficiently and may keep an eye on overall profits and finances.

Regional Managers should have strong leadership skills and be able to communicate with staff at all levels of an organisation. It’s important that you can multitask and can manage your time well. Regional Managers must be good problem solvers and have excellent customer service skills.
