Statistics show that in 2021 an average of 194 workers were fatally injured as a result of accidents in the workplace in Australia. The Change Network is working with SafeWork NSW to reduce this number towards 0, as you can’t put a price on human life.
The White Card Course in NSW is designed to raise awareness and help implement strategies and practices to eliminate these risks that cause injuries and fatalities in the workplace.
The White Card course is a requirement to work on site in the Construction Industry, and it will cover the basic WHS knowledge required prior to commencing work tasks within any of the construction sectors.
All people working on site in the construction industry are legally obliged to complete their White Card training.
