The Change Network
Work Safely in the Construction Industry
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Statistics show that in 2021 an average of 194 workers were fatally injured as a result of accidents in the workplace in Australia. The Change Network is working with SafeWork NSW to reduce this number towards 0, as you can’t put a price on human life.
The White Card Course in NSW is designed to raise awareness and help implement strategies and practices to eliminate these risks that cause injuries and fatalities in the workplace.
The White Card course is a requirement to work on site in the Construction Industry, and it will cover the basic WHS knowledge required prior to commencing work tasks within any of the construction sectors.

About The Change Network
The Change Network was established in 1994 and has been providing high quality training across Australia since. Our mission is to meet organisations where they are at and partner with them to create training programs that will transform their business. These transformations see an improved business culture, a more productive and efficient workplace and the creation of career pathing in organisations where there previously was none.
We work with businesses of all sizes across various industries to contextualise our training products to suit the needs of the learners and of the client. We focus on leadership and management, project management and work health & safety. This means that we can train your staff to implement processes and lead others to do so, project manage their workload and ensure that work health & safety compliance in the workplace is implemented and current. This provides a full business scope approach that allows for a top to bottom 'clean out' and ensures that all employees, irrespective of their job role, are on the same page and operating at the same pace.
