A Portrait Photographer takes high quality photos of people or groups. You’ll work with clients to discuss their needs and arrange photo shoots in a range of locations. You might specialise in glamour portraits, family photos or corporate work. Portrait Photographers use a range of photographic equipment such as lights and filters and you might use editing software on photos before printing images as required.

Portrait Photographers should have good personal skills and be able to work with a range of clients. You’ll need to be a skilled photographer and be able to use various techniques to capture your images. Portrait Photographers should be highly skilled and willing to travel to different locations for their work.
