Customer Service Manager

Customer Service Managers oversee an organisation’s customer relations and after-sales service. They develop the customer service delivery standards for all areas of the organisation, then implement procedures, training, incentives, and reviews to ensure they are maintained.

As a Customer Service Manager you could be managing a call centre or service team, dealing with an escalated customer complaint, delivering a training session to the sales department, or reporting customer satisfaction data to the company’s executives. You’ll need excellent communication skills and high degree of empathy.
