RTO Compliance Officer

An RTO Compliance Officer ensures that registered training organisations comply with all relevant industry standards and legislation. You might check the compliance of your own organisation or be employed to conduct checks on other training facilities. RTO Compliance Officers may look at the delivery of training courses, subjects provided and student outcomes. They may also address other issues such as safety and security on campus.

To be an RTO Compliance Officer you’ll need to be highly organised and have strong attention to detail. You’ll need to understand current standards and legislation and be able to apply these to a real world setting. RTO Compliance Officers should be good communicators and may need strong problem solving skills.
