A Policy Researcher conducts thorough investigations and analyses to develop informed policy recommendations that address societal issues and improve governance. They are responsible for gathering and assessing data, reviewing existing policies, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that research findings are effectively communicated and implemented.

This role may also involve preparing detailed reports, presenting insights to decision-makers, and monitoring the impacts of policy changes, all while ensuring that their work is grounded in evidence-based research.
