Assistant Broker

An Assistant Broker helps other finance industry professionals while they assist clients to secure loans, credit cards or insurance policies. You might provide administrative assistance or meet with clients to discuss their needs. An Assistant Broker may act as a liaison point between clients and financial and insurance organisations. You’ll collect necessary information from clients and prepare required paperwork.

Assistant Brokers should be able to communicate well with clients and colleagues in the financial sector. You’ll need to have good personal skills and be good at customer service. It’s important that you are organised and can complete your work to a deadline. Assistant Brokers should have strong administrative skills and a good understanding of financial systems and procedures.
