A Cluster Manager coordinates daily activities for a particular group of stores or businesses. You might manage teams across a geographic area or coordinate operations that focus on a particular service or product. Cluster Managers make sure stores are operating effectively and maintaining profitability. You might deal with issues that arise and ensure customers are dealt with effectively.

Cluster Managers should have excellent customer service skills and strong leadership abilities. You’ll need to have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with people from a range of backgrounds. Cluster Managers require good problem solving abilities and must have good multitasking skills.
