The BSB80320 Graduate Diploma of Strategic Leadership is for graduate students wanting to improve their personal leadership style and professional competence as they lead organisations. Students complete 8 units with an overall focus on driving the development of high-end strategic plans that serve the vision and mission of their organisation. Enrolment in this qualification is limited to those with related studies (Diploma and up) plus 2-5 years relevant workplace experience with a significant level of leadership and management responsibility. The BSB80320 Graduate Diploma of Strategic Leadership is a nationally recognised training qualification and part of the official Business Services Training Package.
