National Training College of Australia (NTCA) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and nationally recognised educational institute based in Melbourne, Australia. NTCA trains individuals, businesses and community groups. We have been delivering courses for over 22 years.
All NTCA courses include the newest curriculum in multiple Business and IT streams, including Cybersecurity, Management and Human Resources, in addition, we excel with our Hospitality stream to deliver Commercial Cookery and Hospitality Management. All courses are accredited qualifications and meet the training delivery requirements of the VET Quality Framework (VQF).
In addition, we offer non-accredited and short courses to suit the needs of individuals and corporates alike to ensure that your skills, and the skills of your organisation are kept as relevant and advanced as possible.
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who use sound knowledge of industry operations and a broad range of managerial skills to coordinate hospitality operations. They operate independently, have responsibility for others and make a range of operational business decisions.
Diploma of Hospitality course provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent in the middle management level as a Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader in any hospitality area.

The qualification has a high-level ICT technical base with appropriate security units and the ability to specialise in a number of areas, including voice, wireless, network infrastructure and sustainability.
In this course students will learn the fundamentals of firewalls and router/switch technology, the planning and implementation processes of troubleshooting, and assists students develop their skills to secure and configure enterprise-level devices and communication networks to improve overall business security.
