IT Support Officer

An IT Support Officer provides advice and recommendations on information technology issues. You may guide clients through IT problems and perform repairs when needed. IT Support Officers may provide remote support or attend to customers in person. You may provide information on system services or recommend new software or programs.

IT Support Officers should have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate with people from a range of backgrounds. You’ll need to have excellent technical skills and be able to solve problem issues quickly. IT Support Officers must be willing to work a range of shifts and be able to work in a team environment.
