Facilities Coordinator

A Facilities Coordinator oversees daily operations at a facility or premises. You might work at a sporting venue, shopping centre, tourist attraction or other facility used by large groups of people. Facilities Coordinators make sure the venue is safe and clean and deal with any maintenance issues that arise. You might organise services such as cleaning and security.

Facilities Coordinators should have strong interpersonal skills and you’ll need to be able to liaise with a range of stakeholders. It’s important you are organised and can manage several tasks at one time. Facilities Coordinators must have good problem solving skills and be able to manage staff and other essential services.
