Diversity Consultant

Diversity Consultants provide specialist advice to business leaders and government agencies about diversity, equality, and inclusion best-practices. They carry out compliance audits then develop workplace education and training programs to address cognitive biases, sexual harassment, cultural insensitivities and other EEO issues.

As a Diversity Consultant you could be meeting with a corporate department head to analyse the impact of cultural intensities among production crews, developing a set of diversity and inclusion tools for a public organisation, conducting a workplace information session for general staff, attending a corporate strategic planning session, preparing a detailed diversity and EEO audit report for a new client, making a presentation on inclusive leadership at a state meeting of a peak industry body.
