Enrolment and Admissions Officer

An Enrolment and Admissions Officer assists with the intake of new students at a school, university or training organisation. You might help students with the enrolment process or provide advice on subject and course selection. Enrolment and Admissions Officers might process enrolment forms or provide confirmation of admissions to students. You may also provide general information about your training facility to prospective students and their families.

An Enrolment and Admissions Officer should have strong personal skills and be able to work with people from a range of backgrounds. You’ll need to be a good communicator and be able to liaise with students, families and staff. It’s important that you are organised and are skilled in a range of administrative duties. Enrolment and Admissions Officers often deal with several students at once so you’ll need to be able to multitask.
