The CHC52021 – Diploma of Community Services course is designed to provide students with knowledge and skills which enable to them to manage, co-ordinate and/or deliver person-centred services to individuals, groups and communities and perform roles associated with community services and case management.

The SIT30821 – Certificate III in Commercial Cookery course is designed to provide students with training that reflects the role of cooks who use a wide range of well-developed cookery skills and sound knowledge of kitchen operations to prepare food and menu items. Using discretion and judgement, they work with some independence and under limited supervision using plans, policies, and procedures to guide work activities.

The CHC42021 – Certificate IV in Community Services course is designed to provide students with training that reflects the role of community service workers who design and deliver person-centred services to individuals and/or groups.

The Diploma of Leadership and Management course is designed to give people opportunity to develop a sound level of knowledge and practical skills related to leadership and management of various organisations and groups in a range of contexts. The course includes the development of initiative and judgement, communication skills, planning, organising and monitoring strategies, to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise goals.

The SIT40521 – Certificate IV in Kitchen Management course is designed to provide students with training that reflects the role of chefs and cooks who have a supervisory or team-leading role in the kitchen. They operate independently or with limited guidance from others and use discretion to solve non-routine problems.
