A Communications Adviser provides guidance on the release of information for a large organisation or business. You might oversee media and communication activities and reply to requests for comments or interviews. Communications Advisers may be employed as part of a public relations team or be employed as an external consultant.

Communications Advisers should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a team. It’s important you can liaise with a range of stakeholders and use your problem solving skills in a range of circumstances.
