Program Evaluator

A Program Evaluator assesses the effectiveness and impact of programs within an organisation. You might work in government agencies, non-profits, or private sector companies. Program Evaluators focus on collecting and analysing data, measuring outcomes, and providing recommendations for improvement. You’ll develop evaluation frameworks, conduct research, and report findings to stakeholders.

Program Evaluators play a crucial role in ensuring programs achieve their intended goals. You’ll need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights clearly. You’ll liaise with program managers, staff, and external partners to ensure that the programs are operating effectively and delivering value to the organisation and its beneficiaries.
