They plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources.

This qualification is suitable for people working in a work health and safety (WHS) role who work to provide leadership and guidance to others and have some limited responsibility for the output of others

The qualification reflects the role of workers who apply a broad knowledge base and well-developed skills in a wide variety of contexts and may include coordinators, advisors and facilitators.

This qualification reflects the roles of flight crew personnel operating in support of commercial or Defence aviation flight operations.

Flight crew duties include applying technical and non-technical aviation skills and knowledge to a wide range of air transport operations, including passenger, charter and cargo operations while operating aeroplanes or helicopters under the instrument flight rules (IFR). Individuals working at this level will apply knowledge and skills to demonstrate autonomy, judgement and defined responsibility in known or changing contexts within broad but established parameters.

This qualification contributes towards completion of certification as a commercial pilot by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) as directed by Civil Aviation Safety Regulation (CASR) Part 61 Flight crew licensing.

It involves a defined range of skilled operations, usually within a range of broader related activities involving known routines, methods and procedures, where some discretion and judgement is required in selecting equipment, services or contingency measures within known time constraints. It may also include responsibility for coordinating the work of others.

Successful achievement of the licensing units within the qualification must align with applicable licensing and regulatory requirements.

This is a general qualificationfor supply chain operations. This is a qualification for a person engaged in supply chain operations support who undertakes a range of task involving known routines and procedures, with limited individual responsibility. Successful completion of the licensing units within the qualification must align with applicable licensing and regulatory requirements.

This qualification reflects the role of cleaners responsible for undertaking a range of routine and non-routine tasks according to work schedules, liaising with clients and in some cases members of the public, and operating in a range of general residential and commercial settings as well as specialist cleaning environments.

The cleaner may work alone, with or without supervision, and has responsibility for selecting, preparing and using appropriate cleaning methods for a range of cleaning situations while ensuring safe work practices.

This qualification is designed for driving operation job roles within the Transport and Logistics Industry.

Successfulcompletionofthequalificationwillrequirecompetence in units of competency that relate to the job role requirements defined as aligned at AQF Level 3. Successful completion of the licensing units within the qualification must align with licensing and regulatory requirements applicable to driving and state/territory regulatory requirements./p>

This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to ensure the safety of transport activities.

It includes identifying features and applying chain of responsibility obligation in the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) or applicable state/territory law and regulations. It also includes identifying and reporting chain of responsibility risks.

Transport activities as defined by the HVNL or applicable state/territory law and regulations.

Work is performed under close direction, generally within a team environment.

This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to conduct wheeled front-end loader operations. This unit applies to those working in site- based roles. Where equipment being assessed requires the fitting and removal of attachments to be demonstrated an integrated tool carrier unit should be used.

Licensing, legislative, regulatory and certification requirements that apply to this unit can vary between states, territories, and industry sectors, and must be sourced from state jurisdictions prior to applying this unit.

This unit alone does not provide sufficient skill to independently load and unload equipment. To perform this activity safely, personnel must either complete or be assisted by someone who has completed RIIHAN308F Load and Unload Plant or equivalent.

This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to compile information required for a national driver work diary used in the road transport industry and to complete the work diary in accordance with national heavy vehicle regulator (NHVR) and heavy vehicle legislative requirements.

It includes identifying legislative and regulatory requirements relating to work diary, compiling information and completing a work diary.

A work diary is completed as an integral part of day-to- day work operations in the road transport industry.

This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to complete workplace induction procedures when commencing work in the transport and logistics industry, in accordance with regulatory requirements, and operational policies and procedures.

The unit enables a driver to enter and participate in typical workplace activities. It includes identifying major areas of the industry in terms of functions, organisational structures and occupations; applying legislation, regulations and codes of practice; and identifying key industrial relations elements.

This unit applies to all employees wishing to enter the transport and logistics industry; It can also be used within the warehousing and logistics sectors of the industry.

Work is performed with limited or no supervision, and with full accountability and responsibility for self and others in achieving the prescribed outcomes.

This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to shift loads safely using manual handling methods. Work must be carried out in compliance with the relevant work health and safety regulations concerning the manual handling and movement of loads.

The unit includes assessing the risk associated with relocating the load, planning the relocation process and carrying out the relocation in accordance with the plant.

This unit of competency involves the skills and knowledge required for heavy vehicle drivers to manage fatigue and to work safely within the Transport and Logistics industry.

It includes applying fatigue risk management strategies, identifying and acting on signs of fatigue, operating within a fatigue risk management system, planning and navigating trips, updating and maintaining records, complying with work and rest limits, and implementing appropriate strategies to minimise fatigue during work activities.

This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to operate a four wheel drive vehicle safely in a range of conditions in accordance with the relevant state/territory legislated roads and traffic licence requirements.

It includes driving a four-wheel drive vehicle on roads, traversing gradients, ascending and descending steep gradients, and operating in rugged terrain. It also includes using vehicle equipment/controls and completing pre- and post-operational checks. Recognised driver’s licence or provisional car licence must be held prior to commencing this unit of competency.

Driving involves the application of four-wheel drive vehicle operating principles and procedures to maintain the safety and operation of a four-wheel drive vehicle across a variety of on-road and off-road contexts.

An entry level qualification for the Transport and Logistics Industry. It involves the breadth, depth and complexity of knowledge and skills required to prepare a person toper form defined range of activities, most of which may be routine and predictable.

The Certificate II in ESI - Asset Inspection (UET20619) provides the skills and knowledge to work in the electricity supply industry (ESI) as an Asset Inspector.

This qualification covers safely complying with relevant legislation, industry standards, codes of practice or other related requirements while inspecting and reporting on the status of distribution assets, including poles and structures, cables, overhead conductors, public lighting, security fencing and gates, insulators and transformers. It includes minor maintenance and weed control.

This qualification is ONLY offered by Natwide Personnel through a Recognition of Prior Learning pathway. This course is delivered through our partner Helistar Aviation under a third-party agreement.

To participate in this pathway, you need to be employed as a Trainee Asset Inspector by an enterprise who provides Asset Inspection services to state-based power utilities. These utilities are responsible for maintaining electricity distribution and subtransmission network infrastructure, in accordance with the requirements of state and federal Energy Regulators and other legislative bodies.

This course provides participants with the skills and knowledge required to load and unload goods and cargo, including loading and unloading goods, securing and protecting the load and completing all required documentation

A qualification for those working in the Logistics Industry in a variety of operational roles.

Successful completion will require the performance of a broad range of skilled applications including requirements to evaluate and analyse current practices, develop new criteria and procedure for performing current practices, and provision of some leadership and guidance to others in the application and planning of the skills.
