Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This course provides students with skills and knowledge required to perform effectively in business environment as a team leader or first line supervisor managing a workplace. It equips students with both a range of specific business skills and broader capabilities such as communication, problem solving and self-management. It is designed for students who are aspiring to be team leaders in medium and large organisations across all industry sectors. It is also suitable for practising team leaders seeking to formalise their skills.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Academic Requirements:
Successful completion of Year 11, (High School Certificate (HSC) OR equivalent) OR be a mature age.
LLN Requirement:
Students need to demonstrate that they have a proficiency in English and a basic understanding of Maths. For students who cannot supply documented proof on their academic and English language proficiency, they will be required to sit a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) Test prior to a place being offered in the course.
