Individuals in these roles carry out moderately complex tasks in a specialist field of expertise that requires business operations skills. They may possess substantial experience in a range of settings but seek to further develop their skills across a wide range of business functions.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Have demonstrated an IELTS level at score of least 5.5 or equivalent (test results must be no more than 2 years old) or demonstration of successful completion of at least General English at Upper Intermediate or English for Academic Purposes Upper Intermediate level.
Have a suitable level of language, literacy and numeracy to complete course requirements with or without additional support that Pakenham Institute is able to provide.
Have successfully completed Australian year 12 or equivalent.
Are at least at age of 18 on the date of course commencement.

About Pakenham Institute
Pakenham Institute has been operating as Registered Training Organisation in 2016. Pakenham Institute initially started as outsourced sales and marketing solutions to its clients.
Since then, the business model of the company evolved, and it seen opportunity in vocational training and started offering non accredited and professional development courses and marketing consultancy to its clients.
After successful operations in non-accredited training management decided to enter accredited training and registered as an RTO in 2016.
