It covers the advanced skills and knowledge needed for those with frontline management responsibilities in a variety of Business Services (office management, human resources, customer engagement + more).
Individuals in these roles may already have substantial experience in the sector but require further understanding of key business functions and complex operations. In this qualification, learn how to develop critical thinking, manage budgets and financial plans, maintain business resources, coordinate effective communication and develop workplace policies and procedures.
