If you are currently (or are aspiring to) lead and manage teams, supervise staff and/or drive the direction of a business or service-oriented organisation, this qualification is ideal. The skills sets & interpersonal aptitudes that are the focus of this course are transferable across a spectrum of industries, including manufacturing, service, retail, wholesale and contact centres.
