Learn moreIn this course you will examine project management and its processes, including history, definitions, attributes, body of knowledge, objectives and success.
You’ll explore the characteristics and activities of the project life cycle, along with the functions of planning, organisation and control. You’ll consider cost and value management processes within a project environment, including methods and techniques of estimating, budgeting and controlling.
Time management is also a focus of this course, covering programming and scheduling, line of balance, time estimating, constraints, resources, control monitoring, analysis and reporting.
Learn moreThis two-year qualification will help you to step into the field of accounting and broaden your career prospects. You'll gain foundational accounting skills in your first year before progressing to expert studies in your second year.
In your first year of study, you will begin to develop the financial, analytical, research, and communication skills required of professional accountants*. You'll build your understanding through theoretical study and real-life cases. You will then select one of three majors in your second year.
You'll have hands-on experience using professional accounting software such as Xero, Excel, R, Tableau, SPSS, Oracle, APEX, Python, ArcGIS, and VSOviewer. To further enhance your employability, you'll also undertake an accounting research project, analyzing the performance of a real company and preparing a financial analysis.
Towards the end of your course, you will undertake an industry-connected capstone experience, including an internship, research project, or study tour. You will also be able to attend employee presentations to expand your networks, with past companies including Coca-Cola Amatil, Grant Thornton, and Nexia.

Learn moreThis initial teacher education degree provides the skills, knowledge and practical learning experiences needed to teach young children (aged from birth to eight years) in early education settings. These include children's education and care services, kindergarten, pre-primary and junior primary classes.
You will learn about child development, the curriculum areas and the importance of family partnerships. You’ll also choose two elective units from a list of education subjects to broaden your learning.
As part of the course you'll complete four professional work experience placements in schools or early learning centres. These placements are undertaken in full-time blocks, regardless of your study mode. You may have the opportunity to undertake a rural, interstate or overseas placement.

Due to the range of units, this course also acts as a pathway into other health courses with more competitive admission criteria, including pharmacy, speech pathology, physiotherapy or occupational therapy.

Your studies will focus on developing the skills and knowledge you’ll need to meet the demands of our changing healthcare system.
You will be encouraged to be an active, contributing member of an interprofessional healthcare team, which will give you the opportunity to study with different nursing and medical specialists in a range of fields. You will gain strong, practical skills by completing a minimum of 840 hours of clinical placements in hospitals, private practice and rural health settings.
