Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The Diploma of Leadership & Management is designed for those who currently supervise or lead staff within their workplace or for those who want to develop leadership skills in preparation for future leadership positions.
The program looks at key areas of business and operational management with emphasis on developing skills in effective leadership and communication, performance management, continuous improvement initiative, and guiding teams to achieve set goals and targets.

The Management Edge was established, utilising the Directors’ previous experience in establishing a training consulting division with Price Waterhouse (PWC) a major Accounting Practice. It became one of the first private Registered Training Organisations (RTO) in September 1993.
Delivering over 35 nationally accredited qualifications, in business, management, logistics, manufacturing, mining and safety, we have established a reputation for delivery of quality workplace based training and improving workplace performance through customised programs and consultancy services.
