Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)RGIT Australia’s BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management provides the student with knowledge and skills required to work in leadership and management roles across a range of enterprise and industry contexts. You will be empowered to plan, execute and evaluate the work of your team.
As part of the BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management, you will learn about the critical capabilities required to be an effective manager. This course is designed specifically for supervisors and middle managers that have the responsibility of a team of people.

Students undertaking this course must possess sound language, literacy and numeracy skills. All students are required to undertake a language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) test mapped at ACSF level 3 conducted by the Institute.
