Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The Diploma of Leadership and Management will give the learner the knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
Students in this qualification will learn the tools and techniques to display initiative and judgement in the planning implementation and management of organisational requirements. Including implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others.
The student will learn to apply effective communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements.
