Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care will provide you with the skills to care for children and encourage their development in a safe and supportive environment. If you are looking to work as a nanny, childcare assistant or early childhood educator, this qualification is ideal.

Certificate III in Hospitality helps you learn how to be competent in skilled operations with the need to apply discretion and judgement in various hospitality settings, such as restaurants, hotels, motels, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops. At the completion of this course you may have some responsibility for others and provide technical advice and support to a team.

Certificate IV Business can assist you in developing the communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical, relational and organisational skills needed to succeed in a variety of business roles. The Certificate IV in Business is designed for those in leadership or guidance roles and those who have responsibility for others’ work.

The Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care will provide you with the skills and knowledge to be responsible for designing and implementing curriculum in early childhood education and care services. This course is for those currently working in the childcare sector or who are interested in acquiring these skills.

Certificate III in Individual Support will develop your skills in personal care and aged care activities enabling you to work in aged care facilities and to care for the elderly.

There are no formal entry requirements for the Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33015). This qualification does require a minimum of 120 hours of work experience.

Certificate IV in Ageing Support will develop your skills in aged care activities relating to clients well being, provide services to clients with complex needs and liaise with professionals and other carers.

There are no formal entry requirements for Certificate IV in Ageing Support (CHC43015). This qualification does require a minimum 120 hours of work experience.

The Certificate IV in Youth Work qualification reflects the role of workers who develop and facilitate programs for young people through a range of community-based programs designed to address the social, behavioural, health, welfare, developmental and protection needs of young people.

Certificate II in Retail Services reflects the role of frontline retail team members who use a defined and limited range of operational skills to undertake workplace activities. They are involved in mainly routine and repetitive tasks and work under direct supervision of others.

The Certificate III in Retail reflects the role of individuals who have the primary responsibility of engaging the customer, maintaining daily store operations and delivering on organisation expectations with a sound knowledge of product and service offerings. Individuals possess a range of well-developed skills where discretion and judgement is required. They work with some independence under limited supervision.

Our Certificate II in Hospitality is one of our WORKIT courses. These courses are designed to provide you with on the job experience in a safe work environment that is supervised by your trainer. Our Certificate II course will provide you with the basics you require to get a job in the Hospitality industry and includes all the the essential units.

The SIT30821 – Certificate III in Commercial Cookery qualification reflects the role of commercial cooks who use a wide range of well-developed cookery skills and sound knowledge of kitchen operations to prepare food and menu items. Using discretion and judgement, they work with some independence and under limited supervision using plans, policies and procedures to guide work activities.

This qualification provides a pathway to work as a commercial cook in organisations such as restaurants, hotels, clubs, pubs, cafés, and coffee shops.

Certificate IV in Community Services will develop your skills to provide a range of services and interventions to clients in the Community Services industry. On completion of this qualification you will be able to design and deliver programs that aim to enhance the well being of individuals and groups.

The Diploma of Leadership and Management will provide you with the skills and knowledge to display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring your own workload as well as others. You will use communication skills to support individuals and to plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems.

Certificate IV in Retail Management will teach you how to be competent in the management skills of those working in the retail and/or wholesale industries. Work would include managing a small retail outlet, a department within a larger retail store, a small wholesale outlet, or a department within a larger wholesale business.

Learn how to be competent in skilled operations and team leading or supervision. Work would be undertaken in various hospitality settings such as restaurants, hotels, motels, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops.

The qualification is suitable for an Australian apprenticeship pathway.

There are no formal prerequisites for this qualification. However, it is preferred that candidates have relevant vocational experience and/or an industry specific qualification. There are no formal educational requirements for entry into this course.

This qualification reflects the role of workers who provide support for the effective functioning of health services. At this level workers complete tasks under supervision involving known routines and procedures or complete routine and variable tasks in collaboration with others in a team environment.

This training will allow you to provide first aid response, life support, management of casualty(s), the incident and other first aiders, until the arrival of medical or other assistance.

This qualification is valid for three years. An update should be undertaken WITHIN the three year period, in which case you only need to complete the second day of the course as a Refresher (you must present your Senior First Aid certificate to the trainer on the day of training).

This qualification covers workers who provide a range of programs and services to individuals and groups of clients and employers to support them in locating, securing and maintaining suitable employment. Workers at this level need an understanding of access and equity issues including cultural diversity, Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and disability issues and to work with local communities in the provision of services.

Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is designed for those wanting to take on more guidance, support, leadership, organisation and management responsibilities within a variety of enterprise and business contexts. This qualification may assist you in analysing and evaluating information from a variety of sources and applying solutions to both predictable and unpredictable problems.

The Certificate III in Entrepreneurship and New Business is designed for people establishing or carrying on business as a sole trader or contractor, as well as those supporting the establishment of a new venture as part of a larger organisation.

The Certificate II in Workplace Skills course will provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge needed in preparation for work, such as customer service, business, time management using various digital devices/software.

This qualification will assist individuals in establishing or operating a business providing self-employment, as well as those establishing a new venture as part of a larger organisation. These individuals will gain skills and a broad knowledge base to solve a range of unpredictable problems and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources. They may provide leadership and guidance to others and have responsibility for the output of others.

This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) Guidelines.

This unit applies to all workers who may be required to provide CPR, in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings.
