Diploma of Marketing and Communication
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification equips students with a sound theoretical knowledge base in marketing and communication, and the skills to ensure that marketing functions are effectively conducted in their organisation or business area. Graduates are trained to understand current market trends, perform market research, drive social media engagement, and identify and capitalise on new marketing opportunities. They might work individually, or be asked to coordinate other staff and lead teams.
The qualification applies to dedicated marketing personnel, workers whose role includes marketing activities alongside other work, and staff at dedicated marketing firms.

A BSB42415 – Certificate IV in Marketing and Communication OR another qualification of Certificate IV level or higher

- BSBMKG433 – Undertake marketing activities
- BSBMKG435 – Analyse consumer behaviour
- BSBMKG439 – Develop and apply knowledge of communications industry
