Diploma of Marketing and Communication
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This diploma will provide a nationally recognised qualification to individuals with the skills needed to develop marketing plans, evaluate opportunities, plan and undertake related projects and establish a sound marketing and communications theoretical knowledge. Aimed at individuals who are currently or hoping to work in positions such as Marketing Manager, Communications Consultant or Media Manager in a wide range of industries.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Entry to this qualification is limited to those who:
- Have completed the following units (or equivalent competencies): BSBCMM411 Make presentations; BSBCRT412 Articulate, present and debate ideas; BSBMKG433 Undertake marketing activities; BSBMKG435 Analyse consumer behaviour; BSBMKG439 Develop and apply knowledge of communications industry; and BSBWRT411 Write complex documents. Equivalent competencies are predecessors to these units, which have been mapped as equivalent.
- OR Have two years equivalent full-time relevant work experience.

About OPEC College
OPEC Systems is an Australian-owned Registered Training Organisation (RTO 41595). We established OPEC College in 2019 to focus on Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for public and private sector customers including if you have just left the Defence Force, Police Force or other First Responder organisations. OPEC College also offers study options for customers who are unable to immediately achieve RPL.
