IT Business Analysts analyse an organisation’s IT needs then develop and implement business processes and operating procedures. They consult with managers and key personnel at all levels to ensure that work practices are practical, efficient, and easy to implement.

As an IT Business Analyst you could be overseeing an IT project team or creating user training programs and documentation. You’ll need a thorough working knowledge of IT networks and infrastructure as well as business administration and interpersonal skills.
