Academies Australasia Polytechnic Pty Limited (AAPoly) provides a highly supportive and conducive environment to study and grow. We pride ourselves on making every student feel welcome, as part of the ‘AAPoly family.’ Our main campus is located in Melbourne and another campus is in Sydney – two of the world’s great cities. Both of these cities are clean, safe, friendly and culturally diverse. Our commercial cookery training kitchen is located on Swanston Street, Carlton, Victoria.
AAPoly started delivering education services in 2002, and became part of the Academies Australasia Group Limited (AKG) in 2011. AKG has been operating for more than 115 years and listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) for more than 45 years. AAPoly has a wealth of experience delivering Vocational Education and Training (VET) and Higher Education courses to domestic and international students. You will find a learning experience in the areas of Accounting, Leadership and Management, Information Technology, Marketing, Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, and Bachelor Degrees.
AAPoly offers excellence in teaching. Our lecturers and trainers are fully qualified, experienced teachers who are passionate about their discipline and education. They have professional experience in the industry and are abreast of contemporary developments in their fields.
The program is delivered over 15 hours face to face and 5 hours of online classes per week over 45 college weeks. In addition, students will also participate in work based training for a total of 180 hours over 9 weeks.
The hospitality industry continues to grow with opportunities to expand a career in Australia and abroad. It is an exciting and a fast-paced industry with a wide range of sectors such as hotels, cruises, airlines, restaurants, bars and clubs.

The course was designed to give students a broad business education with a significant amount of specialised Cyber Security training in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC).
