This program is delivered over 36 college weeks at 20 hours per week. Students are to complete 240 hours (or 60 services) of work-based training (WBT). Successful completion of this program will allow a student to work as a cook.

The Bachelor of Information Technology aims to provide the course graduate with generic and broad employability skills as shown by the Course Learning Outcomes, and the Graduate Attributes, as well as specific knowledge and skills that are consistent with this target work role.

The Bachelor of Business (Analytics) is the newest AAPoly’s bachelor’s degree in data analytics with a business focus. The course will equip students with the skills and techniques required to develop, implement and manage analytics projects in a wide range of enterprises. Students will learn to manage multidisciplinary, data-driven analytics solutions, and develop approaches to understand evolving trends in business solutions grounded in data science.

Graduates typically can work for commercial and government organisations in diverse industry sectors such as tourism, finance, health, retails, IT and analytics consulting, both nationally and internationally.

This program is delivered over 18 college weeks at 20 hours per week. Students undertaking this qualification must complete the Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (SIT30821) before progressing to Certificate IV in Kitchen Management units.

The Bachelor of Business (Cyber Security) is AAPoly’s newest degree and Australia’s first Bachelor degree in Cyber Security with a business focus. The course was designed to give students a broad business education with a significant amount of specialised Cyber Security training in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC). The students will be trained in the fundamentals of business as well as specialised training in GRC which will provide a solid foundation for broader roles within the Cyber Security business.

Through the program, the students will acquire high level career and work-ready skills in business economics, consumer behaviour, digital business communication, problem solving, negotiations, team building, organisational analytics and coherence strategic thinking skills in current and emerging Cyber Security practices within the enterprise. The degree will equip students with the skills and techniques required to align business risks with information security standards and governance frameworks, and manage multidisciplinary technological solutions to continually evolving Cyber Security threats and attacks.

The Bachelor of Business (Digital Marketing) is the newest AAPoly’s bachelor’s degree in digital marketing with a business focus. The course will equip students with the skills and techniques required to develop, implement and manage campaigns. Students will learn to manage multidisciplinary, data-driven digital marketing solutions, and develop meaningful approaches to continually evolving trends to measure and optimise traffic. The course will also prepare students to undertake relevant industry certifications, such as the Google Fundamentals of Digital Marketing certification.

The Bachelor of Tourism and Hospitality Management (BTHM) offers an effective starting point for a career in tourism and hospitality. The program is designed with an emphasis on case-based learning that builds progressively through the three year degree.
