You will learn the DRSABCD action plan and emergency response, legal issues in first aid, use of automated external defibrillators (AED), and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). This FULLY FUNDED program is designed to equip participants with the basic knowledge, skills and confidence to communicate and interact with customers and colleagues effectively and professionally in hospitality environments.
