Food Safety Supervision Skill Set
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)As of December 2023 Tasmanian Food Businesses are legally required to have a Certified Food Safety Supervisor (FSS).
Work & Training are offering 2-day workshops as well as a hybrid model (online and workshop) state-wide.
This units equips the Food Safety Supervisor with the necessary skills to manage food in a safe and hygienic way.
