Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol

Are you looking to work in a licensed venue in Tasmania? Make sure you have an RSA certificate.

To get your certificate, you must be 16 years of age or older and attend an approved RSA course delivered by a registered training organisation. If you’ve been employed for less than three months, you must enrol in the course or actively participate in it to get your certificate within the first three months. Get your RSA certificate today and serve alcohol responsibly.

This FULLY FUNDED program is designed to equip participants with the basic knowledge, skills and confidence to communicate and interact with customers and colleagues effectively and professionally in hospitality environments.

Upon completion of this skill set, participants will receive a statement of attainment for three nationally recognised units of competency that can be credited towards a Certificate II or III in Hospitality.
