Plant Supervisor

A Plant Supervisor manages a team of staff at a manufacturing or processing facility. You’ll ensure crew targets are being met and make sure relevant compliance issues are adhered to. Plant Supervisors might organise staff training and rosters and deal with any problems that occur during a shift. You might supervise a whole production team or look after a particular department.

Plant Supervisors should be strong leaders and have good problem solving skills. It’s important you can communicate well and work to correct procedures. Plant Supervisors should be organised and able to manage their time well. You must be able to handle deadlines, budgets and staffing issues.
