The Certificate III in Business reflects the varied roles of individuals across different industry sectors who apply a broad range of competencies using some discretion, judgement and relevant theoretical knowledge. They may provide technical advice and support to a team.

Do you want to work in Early Childhood Education and Care? This qualification reflects the role of workers in a range of early childhood education settings who work within the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Regulations and the National Quality Standard. They support the implementation of an approved learning framework, and support children’s wellbeing, learning and development. Depending on the setting, educators may work under direct supervision or autonomously.

The Certificate IV in Business is suited to those working as administrators and project officers. In this role, individuals use well developed skills and a broad knowledge base to apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems and analyse information from a variety of sources. They may provide leadership and guidance to others with some limited responsibility for the output of others.

The Certificate IV in Leadership and Management reflects the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts, as well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level provide leadership, guidance and support to others. They also have responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of their team.

The Certificate IV in Project Management Practice will give you the knowledge and skills to effectively contribute to the management of a project, or to have responsibility for a particular aspect across the entire project lifecycle. They may use project tools and methodologies selectively to support organizational or business activities.

The Diploma of Business is for individuals who like to take on challenges, to step outside the box and be creative and think laterally. This qualification will show you how to use marketing, public relations, publishing and partnerships. Individuals may possess substantial experience in a range of settings but seek to further develop their skills across a wide range of business functions.

It may also apply to those with little or no work experience, but who possess sound theoretical business skills and knowledge that they would like to develop in order to create further employment opportunities.

This qualification reflects the role of early childhood educators who are responsible for designing and implementing curriculum in early childhood education and care services. In doing so they work to implement an approved learning framework within the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Regulations and the National Quality Standard. They may have responsibility for supervision of volunteers or other staff.

The Diploma of Project Management reflects the role of individuals who may manage projects in a variety of contexts, across a number of industry sectors. They have a project leadership and management roles and are responsible for achieving project objectives. They possess a sound theoretical knowledge base and use a range of specialised, technical and managerial competencies to initiate, plan, execute and evaluate their own work and/or the work of others.

This is a high-level qualification and ideal for learners with considerable workplace experience and ideally at least two years’ leadership and management responsibility.

This course will provide you will skills in leadership, change management, financial management, human resources, business and strategic planning.

The Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management reflects the role of individuals who apply specialised knowledge and skills, together with experience in leadership and management. Individuals at this level use initiative and judgement to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters.

The Diploma of Community Services reflects the roles of community services, case management and social housing workers involved in managing, coordinating and/or delivering person-centred services to individuals, groups and communities.

You will develop the skills to work with a wide range of clients including children and young people, families, older people and clients from culturally diverse backgrounds, and will assist them through a range of social and personal issues including family support, homelessness, domestic violence and drug and alcohol issues.
